Na, wie auch immer. Inspiriert von den Armlehnen von Captain Mike Delta, habe ich dieses Projekt \u00fcber die Ferien in Angriff genommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine Anforderungen an die Lehnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>beiden Seiten sollen in der H\u00f6he verstellbar sein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Platz zum Ein- und Aussteigen darf nicht reduziert werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montage soll am Sitz erfolgen, damit sie sich mit dem Stuhl vor und zur\u00fcck bewegen k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beide Lehnen sollen gebaut werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe nicht viele Bauprojekte gefunden, die bereits Armlehnen realisiert haben. F\u00fcndig bin ich bei den Kollegen aus dem Worldflight &#8222;French Baguette&#8220; geworden: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jl-a320.com\/2023\/04\/10\/les-accoudoirs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.jl-a320.com\/2023\/04\/10\/les-accoudoirs\/<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allerdings ist bei denen die Lehne in Richtung Pedestal auch nicht in der H\u00f6he verstellbar. Dr\u00fcck man an der Spitze der Sidestick-Lehne mit 25kg nach unten, wirken auf die M10 Schraube ca. 140kg. Daher ist es wichtig, dass der Abstand zwischen Verstell Schraube und Achse so gro\u00df wie m\u00f6glich ist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Ma\u00dfe sind nicht Original<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle Teile wurden aus 12mm Multiplex gefertigt und entsprechend aufeinander geleimt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die M10x80mm Gelenkschraube l\u00e4uft in einer 12mm Stahlh\u00fclse (1mm Wandst\u00e4rke)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Winkel (80x80x2,5mm) waren einzeln zu schwach und haben sich verformt. Ich habe daher 2 Winkel \u00fcbereinander geschraubt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Verstell Schraube (M10x100mm) greift oben in eine Einschlagh\u00fclse. Unten ist die Sechskantschraube aus optischen Gr\u00fcnden in ein 30mm Rundholz eingefasst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bilder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Final wurden die Lehnen schwarz lackiert und mit einem braunen Kunstleder bezogen (passend zu den Sitzen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-4 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
