So erhielt ich an einem ganz normalen Mittwoch im Mai 2014 von meinem Schwiegervater eine E-Mail mit dem Betreff:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eAlter Flugsimulator im Sperrm\u00fcll \u2013 gibt es Elemente, die f\u00fcr dich interessant w\u00e4ren? Siehe Fotos.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Angeh\u00e4ngt waren ein paar Bilder, die sofort meine Neugier weckten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich allerdings keine Ahnung, ob die Teile noch funktionsf\u00e4hig waren, welches Simulatorsystem dahintersteckte oder ob sich \u00fcberhaupt etwas davon verwenden bekommt eine zweite Chance.<br>Der Trainer wurde urspr\u00fcnglich in Flugschulen zusammen mit einem speziellen \u201eSimulator Instructor System\u201c eingesetzt und ist mit modernen Simulatorplattformen nicht kompatibel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da es sehr aufwendig gewesen w\u00e4re, die alten Instrumente mit Servos und Elektronik wiederzubeleben, entschied ich mich, nur das Geh\u00e4use, den Yoke und den Throttle zu behalten \u2013 und den Rest durch PC-kompatible Hardware zu ersetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
